  1. CATEGORIES OF DATA. PURPOSE. BASIS FOR PROCESSING.
    Cristina Fide processes personal data provided by you through the “Book a Tour” form.
    In order to register your order, Cristina Fide may process the following personal data: name, telephone number, email address. Processing is based on the performance of the contract between the parties, as well as the legal obligation regarding invoicing.
    If you provide personal data belonging to other persons, you must ensure that the person concerned is informed and obtain their consent and you shall be responsible for supplying all the information and obtaining consent for processing.
  2. DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES.
    We inform you that Cristina Fide will keep your personal data confidential and disclosure to third parties will only be possible under legal conditions, to: public institutions or authorities, partner accounting companies, banking companies, suppliers, but only in order to fulfil the purpose for which these personal data were provided to us by you.
    We inform you that there will be no disclosure of personal data to unauthorized persons and access to personal data is limited to persons directly involved in the processing.
    Your data is secure and we make sure the recipients of personal data ensure their security and confidentiality, in accordance with the purpose for which they were transmitted to them and in compliance with the rights guaranteed to you.
  3. DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES.
    Your data will not be transferred to other companies, organizations or individuals in third countries or international organizations.
  4. DURATION OF PROCESSING.
    Your personal data will be processed and stored for the duration necessary to perform the contract, namely for the period necessary to take over, process and deliver the order, plus a period of 5 years after the performance of the contract. The storage periods are based on legal provisions, as well as the protection of the legitimate interest of the Controller. In any case, the data will be stored strictly for the period necessary to fulfil the above purposes
    At the end of the data retention periods or following a request to delete the data, Cristina Fide may order the data to be anonymized (thus depriving them of the identification nature) and continue the processing of anonymous data for statistical purposes.
  5. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING.
    We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing of your data that produce legal effects on you or affect you in a similar way to a significant extent.
  6. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS.
    We inform you that you have the following rights: Right of access to processed personal data, right to request rectification or erasure of personal data, right to request restriction of processing, right to withdraw your consent for processing, right to object to the processing of personal data, right to not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, right to data portability, right to lodge a complaint.

    You can withdraw your consent at any time by submitting a written request about the data you intend to do so. However, in certain situations, your failure to provide the data puts us in an impossibility to provide the requested services, such as the provision of the requested services, as well as the preparation of payment documents.
  7. NATIONAL SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY FOR DATA PROCESSING.
